My Teams Frequently Asked Questions
A 'My Teams' account lets you select up to 10 teams to "follow". Whenever one of those teams has a schedule change you will receive an e-mail alert letting you know what has changed.
The 'Schedules' page is the ultimate in convenience whenever you are following multiple teams, especially if they are from different schools or even different leagues.
The 'Schedules' page goes into the database and retrieves the schedules for all of the teams that you follow and provides you with a menu of buttons - one for each team.
Simply click the button of any of these teams to view the schedule. Moving between your teams takes just one click of the mouse.
There are two ways to temporarily stop receiving e-mail alerts for schedule changes:
- To stop receiving alerts for all of your teams, go the 'Account' page and set the 'Alert Status' to off. You should now see the message "You are NOT currently receiving update alerts for your selected team." When you are ready to start receiving messages again simply set the switch back to on.
- To halt alerts for a specific team or teams, simply remove the teams from your selections on the 'Teams' page. You can always add them back later.
Absolutely. However, all of your settings will be gone, including your chosen 'Teams'.
For this reason, we recommend simply turning off alerts and/or removing all teams from your selection list, until you are absolutely sure you will no longer need your My Teams account.
